Rosemary

The rosemary is actually looking pretty good for December.  I got a variety that supposedly will make it through the winter but it has been quite mild so far.


I cut about half of the rosemary to dry for holiday gifts.

    I love rosemary. I love growing it and cooking with it. It makes wonderful pot roast--red wine, garlic, rosemary. Salt and pepper, natch. Yum!

    I didn't grow any rosemary this year. How will you use it for gifts? Homade garden gifts are so wonderful! Nancy

    We have some of the Arp rosemary still holding on in the herb garden, don't know if it will over winter but it's been relatively mild so far...

      I also have Arp, a few leaves are starting to brown so I don't think it is going to make it, despite the fact that they say it should.
