Hyde Park Farmers Market

This morning we went to the Hyde Park Farmers Market.  We had been a year or two ago and decided to check it out again.  Overall it is a great market.  They had live musicians and plenty of vendors.  Many vendors sold veggies most of which right now are zucchini, summer squash, onions, garlic, potatoes, beets, chard, and cucumbers.  I wanted to buy some lettuce but couldn't find any.  They did however have flower, bread, mushroom and meat vendors.  We purchased Summer Truffle Oil Pasta and Wild Chanterelle Mushrooms.  I sauteed the mushrooms with a little butter and then tossed the cooked pasta with olive oil and topped everything off with a dollop of goat cheese.  It was delicious!
