Herbed Buttermilk Biscuits


I made these after watching Martha make them and they looked too delicious not to try.  I have since made them more than once.  Every once in awhile I get a yearning for good Southern cooking.  These are good for satisfying that craving especially when they are a vehicle for fried green tomatoes.

  1. I *heart* fried green tomatoes. You know who makes a good one? At Brontes (Joseph Beth's restaurant) they have a great fried green tomato eggs benedict. Go right now and eat enough for me! Ask for Angela, she's the manager and is the BEST. Also, I recommend the Turkish coffee, extra spice. Fall in Cincinnati is the best!

  2. There's a guy down at Findlay Market that sells these. Fresh bakes them that morning. They are delicious!
