It all looks great - how did you like doing the homemade chicken stock?
That looks great. I bet you're gonna hate buying store stock now. Too salty. Yuck!
Allison - I liked making the stock. It made me feel like I wasn't wasting the left over pieces of the chicken. I also didn't worry about putting in an exact amount of anything I just threw in aromatics I had on hand. I just put a lid on the pot and let it simmer away for a couple of hours while I did something else. Easy!
